#1 How do I place an order?
Fill up the order form with all required information.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours, indicating the availability of your item. Should the item be available, payment is to be made within 24 hours or your item will be released for sale. Upon payment, email us the image of your receipt transaction (for ATM transfers) or a screenshot of your ibanking transaction. Once payment is received, your item will be sent out within 2 working days.
#2 Do you offer meetups?
We regret to inform you that we no longer offer meetups as a mode of collection. However, should you encounter any difficulties due to circumstances that require a meetup urgently, please do not hesitate to drop us an email.
#3 Do you accept payment by paypal?
We do accept paypal, however this is not our preferred mode of transaction. Email us at [email protected] for more details.
#4 My order payment has been verified, when will my items be mailed out?
All orders are dispatched within 2 working day after the order has been processed.
#5 Despite ordering my tote and receiving the confirmation email about my order, I have yet to receive it after a week! What should I do?
Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] with your invoice number indicating that you have yet to receive your items. We will assist you as best as we can.
#5 If I would like to buy a tote as a gift, will there be any special packaging provided?
YES! Please inform us by stating your request for the tote to be a gift under 'Mailing Address' when making your order.
Should you choose to send the parcel directly to someone else as a surprise gift, do provide us with the address of the recipient, indicating his or her name. (All these details are to be stated CLEARLY to avoid miscommunication)
#6 What are the specifications of your totes?
All our totes are of natural colour and size 14.5" x 3.5" x 15".
#7 Do you accept tote customizations (additional design on top of our own)?
We allow additional designs onto your totefortat bags. You can request to add your name/your friend's name/any word at an additional cost of 25 cents per character. Understand that these tote bags can only be sent out 3-5 working days later.
#8 Do you accept orders of tote customizations based on a design I provide?
Yes we do. Kindly provide us with a rough sketch or an image of the design you would want, together with any relevant details. We will not be able to replicate the exact same design provided, but we will try our best.
You will receive an email of a detailed description and/or a rough sketch of the design as well as a quotation and an estimated duration required to complete your design. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be required to make payment within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Can I ever get that tote design again?
Yes you can! Please check our website or instagram frequently for updates on the opening of backorders or simply feedback to us via the contact form.
