PAYMENT INFO.
We accept ATM transfers and Internet Banking (IB) from all local banks. To secure your purchases, payment must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. All orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where a customer has transferred for an invoice past the 24 hours time-frame (with no advance notice) and the order has been cancelled, no refunds will be made. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct code for your tote before submitting your order form. Tote for tat will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if a wrong order is made. Upon payment verification, orders will be sent out within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri). Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid delays. SHIPPING INFO.
We regret to inform you that we only handle local (Singapore) deliveries at the moment. Should you like to have our products delivered overseas, do not hesitate to email us at [email protected]. We will assist you to the best of our ability. All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated. Local postage costs SGD 1.50 per item and registered postage costs SGD 3.75 (+ SGD 1.50 with every additional item). Opting for registered postage provides you with a tracking number to trace your parcel status. Note that Tote for tat will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is highly advised. CUSTOMISATIONS.
We will only start painting after payment is made. Expect delays for customised items due to time needed for painting and drying of the tote bags. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable. There may be slight discrepancy for the customised items from the original image submitted. Nonetheless, be rest assured that we will do our best to ensure the painted image corresponds with the design submitted. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
Note that items are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. In case of item defects, kindly take a picture of the defect clearly and email us at [email protected] within 7 working days upon receiving the item(s). All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Colours of the design shown may deviate slightly on different screen resolutions. In such cases, no refunds/exchanges will be made. Slight defects of the totes are highlighted to the best accuracy. Buyers are deemed to be aware of these defects upon purchase. The following reasons will NOT be considered for exchange/return:

*Discount vouchers given by Tote for Tat are strictly non transferrable (regardless of reason) and cannot be sold to other customers for cash. Tote for tat reserves the right to reject any transaction if this term is not adhered to.
